Brokerage / Commission
If our team is directly involved in closing a deal as a mediator, the brokerage/commission will be informed in advance and mutually agreed. For direct owner-to-buyer contacts made through our platform, we are not responsible for any commission dispute.
No Guarantee of Sale / Deal
We do not guarantee sale, purchase, or rental of any property. We only make best efforts to bring genuine buyers and sellers together.
